My Support Circle

Who’s in my corner.

Why this helps: no one person can meet every need, and that’s okay. Seeing your people on one page makes it easier to know who to reach for, and when.

How to use it: write names in the ring that feels true right now. Pets, groups and places count too.

Members can fill this in online and keep their answers in their Library. Come back and edit it any time. Or download the PDF to print.

The worksheet, as designed. The same content is written out below.

The rings

The sheet draws three rings around “Me”: the inner circle closest in, then the middle circle, then the outer circle.

Example

  • Inner: my sister, my cat
  • Middle: gaming friend, coworker Sam
  • Outer: library quiet room, my GP
Inner circleclosest, safest
Middle circlegood support for some things
Outer circlehelpful people & places

People can move between rings over time. That’s normal, not a failure.
