Starting soon
We open with September’s focus: Executive Function — Understanding the Brain Behind the Struggle. We’ll spend the month learning how executive function actually works, practicing skills that fit real brains, and building systems that hold.
There is no catching up to do and nothing to prepare. Come as you are, on the day you can.
Monday, August 31 · 7:00 PM Central · 90 minutes, live on Zoom and recorded.
What happens next
One page, one payment. It takes about two minutes.
Your Zoom links, September calendar, workbook, and community agreements — all in one place.
Come to the Learning Session, or watch the replay. Your journey, your pace.
Community Circle, Practice Lab, and the Brain Library are there all month.
Good to know
No. SOLA is education and community — not therapy, coaching, or a crisis service. It’s designed to sit alongside the support you already have.
Yes. Membership is monthly and ongoing. You can join mid-month and pick up wherever we are — there’s nothing to catch up on.
Never. You’re welcome with your camera off, in the chat, or not at all. Listening counts.
The Weekly Learning Session is recorded and added to the replay library. Community Circle and Practice Lab aren’t recorded, so those spaces stay private.
Nothing happens. Replays don’t expire and there are no streaks to break. Come back whenever you’re ready.
Not at all. SOLA is for any neurodivergent adult — self-identified or formally diagnosed.
Yes, from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. No notice period and no penalty.
The three weekly sessions, the replay library, the Brain Library, resource downloads, the weekly newsletter and Substack essay, and community support between sessions.
No — Individual Strategy Sessions are booked separately at $75 per session. Read more about them here.
Come as you are, on the day you can. That’s the whole ask.
