Where to begin

Eight weeks to come home to yourself

Foundations walks through Understand, Support, Connect, and Build — not as theory, but as something you practice in real time. Each week pairs a piece of the framework with reflection and a small, supportive group, so the ideas become habits and the habits become a life that fits.

You don't have to do it all perfectly. You just have to keep showing up — one small step at a time.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is this therapy?

No. SOLA is education and community — not therapy, coaching, or a crisis service. It's designed to complement the support you already have, and to keep you growing after treatment ends.

Do I need a diagnosis to join?

Not at all. SOLA is for any neurodivergent adult who wants to understand their brain and build a life that works with it — self-identified or formally diagnosed.

What happens in a cohort session?

Each week we explore one part of the framework, reflect through workbook activities, and share in a small, safe group. You take what's useful and leave the rest.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. Materials are yours to keep, and you can pick the framework back up whenever you're ready. Your journey, your pace.

What happens when the cohort ends?

SOLA doesn't end. Foundations is the starting point — after your eight weeks, you're welcome in SOLA Community for as long as you want it. You can always begin again.

You don't have to have it all together. You belong here.
