The basics

By creating an account, buying a session, or joining a session, you're agreeing to these terms with SOLA Wellness Initiatives LLC ("SOLA"). You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and the information you give us needs to be your own and accurate.

What SOLA is, and isn't

SOLA is an education and community space: learning sessions, community circles, practice labs, a resource library, and an optional personal toolkit. SOLA is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. Being a member does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship with Leah or anyone at SOLA, even though Leah is a licensed clinician in her separate practice. If you're in crisis, SOLA is not a crisis service. In the US you can call or text 988 any time, or text HOME to 741741.

The My Toolkit guide, when available, is an automated helper that draws only on SOLA's own strategies and the tools you've saved. It can be wrong. It does not diagnose, does not give medical or legal advice, and is not a person; if something it says doesn't fit, ignore it and tell us. What you type to it is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Membership and billing

Membership is $79 a month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancel any time from your Account page in the portal, effective at the end of your current billing month. No exit interviews, no retention tricks. You'll always be welcome back. We don't refund partial months; if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll sort it out.

Drop-ins give you one live group session plus its materials. Individual Strategy Sessions are one 60-minute conversation, scheduled personally by Leah after purchase.

Granted access: sometimes we let people in for free. That access is ours to give and, rarely, to withdraw.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries; if it can't be resolved, membership access pauses until it is. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

How we are with each other

SOLA works because it's safe to be real here. By joining you agree to: treat what others share in sessions as theirs, not yours to repeat; never record sessions yourself; and stay kind, even in disagreement. We can remove access for behavior that makes the space unsafe for others, gently but firmly.

Recordings

SOLA sessions are not recorded, by us or by anyone in the room. Cameras are always optional, and you can use a different name on Zoom if you prefer.

The materials

Workbooks, videos, and library resources are for your personal use as a member. Please don't download for redistribution, resell, or repost them. Share the ideas freely; the materials themselves stay here.

Text message reminders

If you turn on text reminders in the portal, SOLA Wellness Initiatives LLC (SOLA) will text the mobile number you give us before the sessions you chose. Reminders are informational, up to three a week, and you agree to receive them by entering your number, ticking the consent box and replying YES to our confirmation text. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to end them, HELP for help, or turn them off in your Account page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee; the session times in your portal and calendar are the record. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Honest limits

SOLA is offered as-is. We work hard to keep the portal, sessions, and materials available and useful, but we can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

Housekeeping

SOLA is offered from the United States and priced in US dollars. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If we make meaningful changes, we'll email members before they take effect. Questions, always: hello@asoftlandingspace.com. Effective September 2026.
