Terms of Service
What you can expect from SOLA, and what we ask of you. Short on purpose.
By creating an account, buying a session, or joining a session, you're agreeing to these terms with SOLA Wellness Initiatives LLC ("SOLA"). You must be 18 or older to hold an account, and the information you give us needs to be your own and accurate.
SOLA is an education and community space: learning sessions, community circles, practice labs, and a resource library. SOLA is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. Being a member does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship with Leah or anyone at SOLA, even though Leah is a licensed clinician in her separate practice. If you're in crisis, SOLA is not a crisis service — in the US you can call or text 988 any time, or text HOME to 741741.
Membership is $79 a month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancel any time from your Account page in the portal, effective at the end of your current billing month. No exit interviews, no retention tricks. You'll always be welcome back. We don't refund partial months; if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll sort it out.
Drop-ins give you one live group session plus a limited window to watch the replay. Individual Strategy Sessions are one 60-minute conversation, scheduled personally by Leah after purchase.
Granted access — sometimes we let people in for free. That access is ours to give and, rarely, to withdraw.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries; if it can't be resolved, membership access pauses until it is. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
SOLA works because it's safe to be real here. By joining you agree to: treat what others share in sessions as theirs, not yours to repeat; never record sessions yourself; and stay kind, even in disagreement. We can remove access for behavior that makes the space unsafe for others — gently, but firmly.
The Monday Learning Session is recorded so members can watch replays. By joining a Monday session you agree to that recording; keep your camera off or your name changed if you'd rather not appear. Circles and Labs are never recorded.
Workbooks, replays, and library resources are for your personal use as a member. Please don't download for redistribution, resell, or repost them. Share the ideas freely; the materials themselves stay here.
SOLA is offered as-is. We work hard to keep the portal, sessions, and materials available and useful, but we can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.
SOLA is offered from the United States and priced in US dollars. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. If we make meaningful changes, we'll email members before they take effect. Questions, always: hello@asoftlandingspace.com. Effective September 2026.
