Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and everything here is written to be actually readable.
SOLA ("we", "us") is an education and community space run by SOLA Wellness Initiatives LLC, Madison, Mississippi, at asoftlandingspace.com and portal.asoftlandingspace.com. Questions about this policy, or anything in it, can go to hello@asoftlandingspace.com — a person reads that inbox.
Your name and email address — to create your account, sign you in, and send you the emails you've asked for (sign-in links, the Monday "Your SOLA week" note, and anything you opt into).
Your membership record — which parts of SOLA you have access to, whether through a purchase or because we granted it, so the portal knows what to show you.
Your session RSVPs and joins — when you save a spot or tap "Join session" we note it, so you can see what you've signed up for and so Leah knows roughly how many people are coming.
Your portal preferences — settings like reduced motion, larger text or the Monday email on/off. They exist only so the portal looks the way you asked.
Survey answers, if you choose to give them — every survey is optional and every question can be skipped. Answers are used to improve SOLA and, in aggregate and never by name, to show funders what nonclinical community support does for real people. We tell you that before each survey.
A payment reference — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only a reference ID that lets Stripe match you to your subscription.
Messages you send us — if you use the contact form or email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
SOLA is an education and community space, not a healthcare service. We keep no medical records, no diagnoses and no clinical notes. Anything you choose to say in a live session stays in that room and is never written into your account. Anything you choose to share in a survey is voluntary, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
We use no advertising trackers and no analytics that follow you around the internet. We will never sell or rent your information to anyone.
We use magic links — we email you a sign-in link instead of storing a password. There is no password to leak, and no password for you to remember. Your browser keeps a small amount of local data so you stay signed in on your own device; signing out clears it.
Live sessions happen on Zoom. The Monday Learning Session is recorded so members can watch replays; Zoom tells you when recording starts, and Leah says so too. Community Circles and Practice Labs are never recorded. Cameras are always optional, and what's shared is treated with care by all of us, per our community agreements.
A small set of services help us run SOLA, each handling only what it needs: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure account database and sign-in, hosted in the United States), Resend (delivering our emails), Zoom (live sessions and replays), and Vercel (hosting the website and portal). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.
The portal uses only the storage it needs to keep you signed in; the public website sets no cookies of its own. Because we don't track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a browser's "Do Not Track" signal to change — we treat everyone as if it were on.
We keep your account information while your account is active. If you'd like your account and its history deleted, email us — we'll do it, completely, and confirm when it's done.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct something, or delete it. Email hello@asoftlandingspace.com and we'll take care of it, whatever state or country you live in. You can turn off the Monday email in your Account page or with the link at the bottom of any one of them.
Accounts are for adults (18+). SOLA supports parents and caregivers; the site and portal are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's information.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email members before it takes effect — no silent updates. Effective September 2026.
