The Weekly Learning Session.

Ninety minutes of live teaching on how neurodivergent brains actually work, and what to do with that.

Learning that makes sense of you

Every Monday we take one piece of the month’s focus and go deep on it: the neuroscience, the lived experience, and the practical part you can use this week.

September’s focus is Executive Function: Understanding the Brain Behind the Struggle. Next session: Monday, September 14 · 7:00 PM Central.

You’re welcome with your camera off, in the chat, or just listening. Participation is always optional.

Questions, answered

Do I have to turn my camera on?

No. Camera off is genuinely welcome. So is the chat, and so is silence.

What if I can’t make 7:00 PM Central?

Sessions aren’t recorded, but the materials from every week go into the Brain Library and never expire. Come back whenever you can.

Do I need to do anything beforehand?

No. There’s no reading to finish and nothing to prepare.

Can I ask questions?

Yes. Out loud or in the chat, whichever feels easier.
