Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it. SOLA builds technology that keeps what works for each person within reach when the moment hits.
SOLA builds technology for the middle space: the place between learning a skill and being able to use it on a hard day.
The program runs on three layers. The first two are human. The third is what makes them reachable at 11 PM on a Tuesday.
Education that fits the brain.Practical, neurodivergent-affirming teaching that helps people understand their patterns and needs.
→ TwoPeople who understand the experience.Guided practice, shared language, connection, and support.
→ ThreeA scalable layer, live today. It helps members save what works for their brain and surfaces it in the moment they need it.
→Brains are built differently. We can’t say we do individualized work and then hand everyone the same five strategies. Each member saves what fits their brain, marks what helped, and finds it again in the moment they need it.
What’s happening right now? The member taps a moment.
The moment names the friction: Can’t start · Overstimulated · Flooded.
Their own saved tools for that moment. Next, a guide that picks one.
One small next step. Then: “Did it help?”
The toolkit is personal to the member, built on the SOLA Framework they learn in live sessions every week.
The pilot. SOLA launched on August 31, 2026. Twelve individuals are piloting the program, one full month of curriculum complete and the second underway. The platform was built by two people and runs on a lean, neuro-first stack. SOLA is fiscally sponsored by the Fiscal Sponsorship Alliance, so grants and institutions can fund it today.
The pilot already runs outcome surveys and the toolkit produces consent-gated, de-identified data. We want a partner to validate the practices.
Clinics, practices, and programs that want to run SOLA with their own people, on the infrastructure that already exists.
Funding for access, not product development. Every dollar goes to giving the program free to the people who need it most.
