Members can ask SOLA for a short reminder before the sessions they choose. This page shows exactly what you agree to, what we send, and how to stop.
Text reminders are off until you turn them on. After you sign in to the member portal at portal.asoftlandingspace.com, a card on your home page asks whether you would like a text before group. This is what that form looks like:

Nothing is sent until you confirm. After you save the form, SOLA texts one confirmation message and reminders start only if you reply YES:

Only the session name, its start time and a link to join. Two examples:

Frequency depends on the sessions you choose: at most three texts a week, usually one or two. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message and reminders end at once; you will get one text confirming that, and nothing more. You can also turn reminders off in the Texts section of your Account page in the portal. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for a short reminder of how this works and how to reach us.
Texts are sent by SOLA Wellness Initiatives LLC (SOLA) through Twilio, which delivers them to your carrier. We keep your number and your reminder choices only while reminders are on, plus a short log of what was sent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
